How can Kevino put quality assurance into practice?

 For all machines like building materials packing machine, mixing machine, etc from Kevino Machinery, we have 1 year quality warranty period.

During the quality warranty period, free spare parts will be provided for all machine failure caused by quality problems, while spare parts will be charged with troubles caused by improper operations.

Then how can we put quality assurance into practice instead of just talking about it?

Firstly quality assurance begins with raw materials sourcing. For key parts like motors, reducers, sensors, electrical control system and other parts, usually we select famous brand international or quite reliable brand “made-in-China”; for steel structure, steel plates from big steel factory are used.

Secondly quality warranty will be further ensured by strict production monitoring. The machine could be produced after confirming the drawing again and again by technician and production head.

Thirdly, after production is finished, a test running must be done before delivery. This step will help a lot to find problems and solve them in the factory.

Finally more additional valuable spare parts will be sent with the machine. Even though the world is like a village, we still can not neglect the remote distance and inconvenience between countries and countries. These spare parts will be used immediately once there have a sudden trouble in the worksite.
