For all products from Kevino Machinery, we have 1 year quality warranty period since finishing installation and debugging of machines in the worksite.

All quality problems in quality warranty period, we will send free replacements. Machine failure caused by wrong operation is not included, we will charge fees for spare parts replacements.

If there has a machine trouble beyond quality warranty period, Kevino is also very glad to help solve it, you do not need worrying about it.

Our factory for producing dry mix packing equipment is located in Zhengzhou City, China.

Zhengzhou is hometown of construction machinery, packing machinery and mixing machinery in China, it has a very convenient transportation.

You can directly fly to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport by plane, or buy high speed railway tickets to Zhengzhou East Railway Station. 

After confirming all necessary technical details on dry mix mortar packing machine, you may want to purchase it from Kevino. Here are some buying tips:

1. Pls confirm you have importing license
2. Signing purchasing contract between two parties
3. Make 30% downpayment by TT to our company bank, then we will start producing after receiving your bank slip
4. Machine production and test running before delivery. You may test it in our factory or see videos updated in your office.
5. Do 70%balance via TT , then we will send goods to you by sea or by railway
6. All necessary documents for custom-clearance(commercial invoice, packing list, BL) will be posted to you
7. You can submit these documents to your custom, then wait to get your goods in destination port
8. All process is done

1. 30%TT as deposit after signing the contract, 70%TT balance shall be done before machinery leaving factory;
2. 100% irrevocable LC at sight;
3. 30%TT as deposit, the balance 70% irrevocable LC at sight.
