Portable cold mix asphalt production machine combines diesel engine, asphalt melting system, mixing drum, burner and control system.
Diesel engine provides power for the complete machine, which could ensure it working normally in place without electricity;
Asphalt melting system could heat asphalt block to become liquid type, then pump the asphalt liquid into mixing drum;
Mixing drum could evenly mix hot asphalt liquid and gravels and other formula materials, after finishing mixing, the finished product will be discharged. That is how cold mix asphalt is produced.
Burner is for heating materials in the production process. There are 2 burners needed for the machine. One for asphalt melting tank, the other for mixing drum.
Control system could control all motions of the machine.
